To new users

Registering (creating an account) is rather complicated. Read this instruction carefully.

1. You see "Register" tab on the right. Select it, and input username and password of your own there.
2. Push "Register" button, and another username/password form will pop up.
3. Do not input your username/password there. That customary common username and its password are required. (Type in the standard HSC username and password.)
